You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days.
The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date you receive the goods or from the date a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
The goods were purchased within the last 14 days
The goods are in their original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, for example, goods that deteriorate rapidly or are past their expiry date.
The supply of goods which, by their nature, are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.
Used products cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.
RETURN OF GOODS
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must email us at techandwash@gmail.com before returning the product.
We cannot be held responsible for merchandise damaged or lost during return shipping. We are unable to issue refunds without an actual merchandise receipt or proof of delivery.
GIFTS
If the merchandise was marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the product wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themself to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
